Ft232 RL FTDI USB To Serial Converter Adapter !

Salam Sir ,

I am using this to connect my Gx6605s board to laptop for Gxloader to install firnware but loader giving me “Fail” error when I turn my receiver on , can you guide me ?

Proper drivers are installed
Port is detecting 
Rx And Tx are oppositely connected 

Still am having this issue :/
