Good morning, I need help with firmware installation for TP.MS338.PB819.



Performed each of the recommended steps to install the firmware on TP.MS338.PB819.



Use 3 different USB sticks and none will start the firmware on the TV.


Format in Fat32, moved the larger .bin file to the USB stick.



Connect the USB to the TV without connecting it to the power.  Then turn on the power and do not start the firmware on the USB



Because this error is due to the fact that the TV does not: (start the firmware following the recommended steps. 

why you want to load firmware??

The problem is that it’s stuck, it doesn’t start your operating system.

Leaving helpless enters the TV menu.

When the TV starts, it stays stuck after the logo, on a screen where it says (loading). That’s why I wanted to try to change the firmware.

maybe its emmc ic is faulty therefore its not booting from USB.. Change the board
